Digital Accessibility Enters a New Era.
Since June 2025, large companies are subject to the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which enforces enhanced accessibility requirements for digital products and services, including e-commerce, transportation, e-books, audiovisual media, and banking services.
In response to this regulatory and societal shift, Insign is launching a comprehensive support package aimed at executive management, IT directors, and marketing departments.
Goal: turn a regulatory constraint into a driver of performance, innovation, and accountability
Think Accessibility from the Design Stage
Digital accessibility is not an isolated technical issue. It impacts user experience, service quality, the overall performance of interfaces, and brand image. Most importantly, it ensures equitable access to digital services and content for people with disabilities, which includes over 12 million French people.
“Web accessibility shouldn't just be considered a compliance issue. It’s an opportunity to enhance the quality of user journeys, anticipate future uses, develop more robust products for everyone, and ultimately improve real digital performance by reaching larger audiences and boosting SEO.”
Guillaume Jiguel, Technical Director, Insign

A Tailored Offer Designed for Businesses of All Sizes
Insign’s offering is aimed not only at organizations bound by the new accessibility obligations but also at those who want to anticipate or go further:
RGAA Audit & Comprehensive Diagnostic: compliance evaluation, identification of non-conformities, action prioritization.
Corrective Action Plan: support in implementing technical, editorial, or design changes.
Integration “by Design”: recommendations for accessible UX/UI, adaptation of workflows and design systems, editorial guidelines.
Declaration and Multi-year Plan: drafting accessibility declarations and supporting compliance over several years.
Awareness & Training: tailored modules to train internal teams and solidify best practices.

A Societal Challenge Embedded in a Comprehensive CSR Policy
This initiative is part of a broader movement towards diversity and inclusion, already undertaken by many companies in other areas (gender equality, social inclusion, representation, etc.).
Insign recently conducted an RGAA audit of its own site, achieving an 80% compliance rate. This internal alignment strengthens the credibility of its advisory services.
“Setting an example as an agency is crucial for us. It allows us to test our tools, refine our methodologies, and enhance the support we offer to our clients, based on practical experience.”
Lionel Cuny, President, Insign
By the end of 2025, all relevant sites will be required to publish an accessibility declaration. This RGAA compliance rate will become a visible and public indicator, reflecting companies’ digital maturity level... and their commitment to their users.
