With the launch of a new communication campaign today, the consulting group Insign marks a significant milestone in supporting the transformation of its client R.A.S Intérim, one of the major challengers in the French temporary employment market, and underscores its commitment to creating strong and distinctive brands.
Since its inception, R.A.S Intérim has shown strong expertise in the transport sector and has gradually established itself as a key player on the national stage. That's why the brand needed to be realigned with the company's commercial success and new status in its market. Aware of this challenge, the company has been collaborating with Insign for two years to reassess its fundamentals and unlock its brand potential.
Insign responded to this challenge with a proactive and innovative approach. Contrary to conventional market approaches, Insign encouraged R.A.S Intérim to embrace its identity and demonstrate its commitment to its clients and temporary employees. Together, they developed a new brand signature - "The temp work made for you" - which embodies R.A.S Intérim's personalized commitment to its various stakeholders.
This partnership was marked by close collaboration between Insign and R.A.S Intérim teams: 6 strategic workshops enabled around thirty employees to actively participate in defining the new brand strategy. These workshops were designed around Insign's objectivation method: studies, strategic templates, the Colorama tool... This inclusive approach ensured the brand's alignment with the company's values and aspirations.

The communication campaign launching on May 14 represents the culmination of this collaboration, and marks the fruition of developing a series of essential deliverables, including a brand platform, a communication territory, an editorial strategy, and targeted messaging platforms for each R.A.S Intérim audience.
Key achievements include the deployment of new communication tools, such as the website, client and employee brochures, and impactful launch campaigns on social networks. All these initiatives aim to enhance R.A.S Intérim's visibility and reputation as a committed and differentiated player in the temporary employment market.
