Safran, an international high-tech group in the fields of aerospace, space, and defense, unveils a new employer brand created with the agency Insign. Rolled out across 30 countries, this new global HR positioning aims to enhance the Group's appeal, support its recruitment goals — over 18,000 positions planned worldwide by 2025 — and unite its 100,000 employees around a shared promise.

A Shared Promise, Embodied and Promoted Collectively

Designed for all audiences — candidates and employees — Safran's new employer value proposition is embodied in a strong tagline:

"Here, excellence is a team effort."

An inclusive vision that highlights the role of each employee in a significant collective project. The employer brand was co-developed with HR and communication teams across all countries, with special emphasis on countries with greater recruitment needs, to ensure genuine adoption and coherent local activation. It will be progressively implemented throughout the Group starting in September.

A Global, Multichannel, Progressive Initiative

To ensure its dissemination and adoption, a global, multichannel initiative has been crafted, blending internal communication, media, digital activation, and event presence:

Internally: extensive deployment to the entire HR population, training for country representatives, appropriation workshops in subsidiaries, webinars on language elements, tools, and the new visual territory.

Externally: the first digital campaign launched in France on YouTube, LinkedIn with online videos on social media, accompanied by updates to the careers page on the website safran-group.com to reflect this new positioning.

On-site: during the International Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, from June 16 to 22, Safran will showcase its new employer brand through a strong presence at its booth: screens, visuals, signage, speeches, messages conveyed by the on-site HR teams...

This new employer brand expresses our desire to speak with one voice worldwide, while respecting local realities. It's an invitation to join a collective of excellence, where each employee matters, learns, and grows.

Stéphane Dubois, Human Resources and Societal Director at Safran

It's a strategic project because it's deeply human. Bringing together 30 countries around a single HR narrative sets the foundation for a robust, clear, and engaging employer brand. It emerged very naturally and quickly, given the strong and aligned culture within the Safran group.

Damien Schoennahl, Deputy General Manager and Senior Partner at Insign
