Politês, the first real-time citizen polling app, has chosen Insign agency to orchestrate its public launch. The goal: to create a new digital space for democratic participation that is free, open, and respectful.
Unlike traditional social networks and closed polls, Politês is built on a simple promise: giving a voice back to the people, allowing anyone to ask questions, respond anonymously, and view results in real-time, based on specific criteria (gender, age, socio-professional category).

A response to the challenges of digital democracy
To support this launch, Insign has developed a 360° deployment strategy that breaks away from traditional industry codes.
On the creative side, the agency has built a strong visual identity, founded on a powerful tagline “The people will finally speak” and a graphic universe that is both accessible and distinctive:
A color palette centered around pink, not previously utilized in the polling domain;
A central shape, the capsule, as a nod to data and voting;
A lively, slightly cheeky tone designed to contrast with the necessary neutrality of the questions.
Regarding user experience, the app is designed to be both intuitive and engaging, with swipeable card navigation, a leaderboard, and a grid mode. The goal: to encourage quick adoption and keep users coming back regularly.

The social media strategy was crafted to reflect almost in real-time the debates stirring society. Each post showcases what's happening in the app:

The differences in responses based on profiles,
The most unexpected or divisive results.
A single watchword: Foster citizens' curiosity and encourage them to express their viewpoints.
Meanwhile, an influence strategy is being implemented to provide a tangible demonstration of the application. Engaged content creators within public discourse are invited to pose a question directly in the app, then encourage their community to respond.
