↳ Context

For the past ten years, Cookut has been winning people over with its colorful, clever kitchenware, driven by best-sellers like "L’Incroyable" or "La Fabuleuse."

However, the brand itself remained less recognizable than its own products, and it was struggling to sustain a brand positioning that had become too narrow for its growth ambitions.

To scale up, Cookut didn't just need a simple refresh; it needed a true strategic repositioning.

Meanwhile, cooking had gradually turned into a high-pressure competition: TV cook-offs, meticulous plating, Instagram-perfect dishes...

↳ The Challenge

Put the Cookut brand front and center, moving beyond just individual products, and build a brand that encourages everyone to get cooking.

↳ Strategy

To reposition Cookut, we built a brand platform based on a simple belief: cooking shouldn't be about performance, it should be about pleasure.

We positioned Cookut as an encouraging brand that helps everyone just go for it—to experiment, sometimes fail, and try again.

A brand that isn't trying to turn everyone into a chef, but rather inspires people to cook their own way.

This repositioning comes to life through:

→ A new vision of cooking that is more accessible, spontaneous, and guilt-free.

→ A core idea: "No accomplishment without pleasure."

→ A signature manifesto: "The recipe is pleasure."

→ A creative territory that goes against the grain of the usual perfection-obsessed messaging.

→ A brand expression that chooses the real over the perfect.

↳ Our Work

→ A brand-new identity and brand platform to position Cookut as an encouraging, spontaneous, and approachable brand.

→ A complete redesign of cookut.com to give more spotlight to the brand, its world, and its new imagery.

→ A launch brand campaign deployed across 200 Parisian metro stations, social media, and influencer channels.

→ A series of three 20-second commercials broadcasted via online video (OLV), social media, and trade shows.
