↳ Context

Navy recruitment happens on the ground through 250 recruiters located across 64 Armed Forces Information and Recruitment Centers (CIRFA) throughout France and its overseas territories. These recruiters are the cornerstones of sourcing and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

↳ Challenge

Optimizing the field performance of Navy recruiters in a high-turnover environment

↳ Strategy

Designing a brand-new recruiter training program built around a flipped classroom model to boost recruitment performance:

  • Establishing new, unified standards for day-to-day recruiting practices

  • Designing a new blended learning training program that combines digital modules with hands-on field training:

    • Digitalizing core recruiting essentials through 18 online learning tracks (covering tools, candidate journeys, sourcing tactics, interview techniques, stakeholder relations, messaging guidelines, and showcasing the HR value proposition)

    • In-person sessions featuring role-playing exercises (including sourcing, candidate interviews, handling objections, networking with stakeholders, etc.)
