As a pioneer of premium microfiltered water in France for nearly twenty years, AQUACHIARA is taking its next big step in business growth.
Backed by the 2024 entry of TowerBrook—an impact investment fund committed to companies contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals—the brand is embarking on a comprehensive repositioning. This move is designed to support its scaling efforts and boost its edge in a market that is still too often commoditized.
To drive this transformation, AQUACHIARA partnered with Insign for a complete brand overhaul: strategic platform, brand architecture, visual identity, sales enablement tools, and PR campaigns.


Reimagining a brand for two distinct markets
AQUACHIARA needed to align its structure to better serve two sectors with very different expectations—Hospitality and Corporate—while establishing a more distinctive identity that is easy to scale globally. Insign took on this challenge by building a brand platform centered on a powerful belief: adding more value to what keeps us alive. Water becomes a proof point of quality, care, and customer experience.
This vision comes to life in a new tagline: Dedication to Water. The collaboration with Insign resulted in a complete redesign: brandbook, visual identity, Hospitality and Corporate brochures, sales tools, and launch campaigns. This comprehensive rollout framework is designed to help AQUACHIARA gain consistency, boost sales efficiency, and maximize impact across both key markets.
Design and service as key differentiators
The repositioning centers on two distinctive pillars. First, design—approached not just as an aesthetic add-on, but as a deliberate way of thinking about usability, integration, and appeal. Every water dispenser is treated as a premium object, featuring a visual style focused on simplicity, refined lighting, and precision. Second, service—positioned as a promise for a long-term relationship. Consulting, customization, installation, maintenance, and support are fully integrated into AQUACHIARA's value proposition.
A brand architecture to target two industries without losing focus
To address the unique needs of Hospitality and Corporate clients, Insign designed a clear-cut architecture: a master brand, AQUACHIARA, branching into two tailored sub-brands. AQUACHIARA Hospitality serves professionals in hotels, fine dining, and casual-premium restaurants, where water is as integral to the guest experience as the cuisine or the service. AQUACHIARA Corporate targets corporate headquarters, mid-market businesses, startups, co-working operators, and public entities, focusing heavily on workplace wellness and operational efficiency.
